Samsung has expanded its mid-range lineup in India with the launch of the Galaxy F17 5G, the successor to last year’s Galaxy F16 5G.
The Galaxy F17 5G features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a notch design. Under the hood, Samsung has swapped out the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 found in the F16 for its in-house Exynos 1330 processor.
On the camera front, the setup remains unchanged — a triple rear module with a 50MP main shooter, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor, while selfies and video calls are handled by a 13MP front camera.
smartphone runs Android 15 with One UI 7 out of the box. Samsung has also committed to long-term support, promising six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates. For durability, the screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus
