Nothing has rolled out a special offer on its latest flagship, the Phone (3), exclusively for early supporters of the brand. Owners of the Phone (1) and Phone (2) can now avail this reward as a gesture of appreciation for backing the company during its early journey.
As part of the offer, the Nothing Phone (3) will be available at ₹34,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model and ₹44,999 for the 16GB + 512GB variant. These prices include combined savings of up to ₹45,000 through bank and exchange deals.
To access the discount, existing users will need to verify their Phone (1) or Phone (2) IMEI number on nothing.tech or Flipkart. Once verified, they will receive a unique discount code to redeem the offer.

This announcement follows CEO Carl Pei’s confirmation that the Phone (1) has officially reached the end of its software update cycle and will not receive Nothing OS 4.0 (Android 16). However, Nothing emphasized that it delivered on its promise of three years of software upgrades, while security patches will continue until 2026.
In addition to the flagship offer, the company has also introduced limited-time discounts on other devices:
- Nothing Phone (3a): ₹20,999 (down from ₹24,999)
- Nothing Phone (3a) Pro: ₹24,999 (down from ₹29,999)
- Nothing CMF Phone 2 Pro: ₹14,999 (down from ₹18,999)
