Samsung Galaxy M17 5G Launched in India Starting at ₹12,499 with 6.7-inch AMOLED Display and Exynos 1330 Chipset
Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy M17 5G, its newest addition to the M series lineup in India. The smartphone features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a sleek notch design, offering an immersive viewing experience. Powering the device is the Exynos 1330 processor, a shift from the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 used in its predecessor.
In terms of cameras, the Galaxy M17 5G continues with the same reliable setup — a 50MP main sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera — along with a 13MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
The phone runs Android 15 with One UI 7, and comes with Gemini Live features for smarter AI integration. Samsung has also promised 6 years of OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates, ensuring long-term software support. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus for added durability.
Packed with a 5000mAh battery and 25W fast charging, the Galaxy M17 5G offers reliable battery life in a slimmer and lighter frame compared to the Galaxy M16 5G. The refreshed rear camera design gives it a more modern look.
